Chili, Lime & Coriander Paste
This slighty spicy citrus sauce goes with tacos, gorditas, salads, as a dipping sauce with tortillas crisps – we even drizzled some over some smashed avocado on toast for breakfast yesterday morning
INGREDIENTS
- Two bunches of fresh cilantro (coriander)
- Two limes juiced
- One teaspoon grated ginger
- 5 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 green chili ribbed and chopped
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until well combined forming a smooth paste. Can be stored in the frdige for later use
