- Chicken Tinga Tacos - Free‐range slow cooked shredded chicken in aromatic tomato chipotle topped with Mexican crema
- Chorizo con papa Tacos - Crispy baked potato mixed with spicy Mexican chorizo topped with guacamole, pico de gallo and crumbly Mexican cheese
- Pork Carnitas Torta - Free‐range slow cooked pork topped with refried black beans, Yucatan style pickled red onion and zesty lime coriander sauce
- Tuna Tostada - Fresh sashimi tuna, chipotle aioli, fried leek, avocado, jalapeño & tamari/lime sauce

I had a surprise party last Saturday and the team at Cocina Mexico catered for me. This was a very special family event and the food was nothing short of outstanding. I had fussy eaters and vegetarians along with some big meat eaters. EVERY GUEST without exception raved about the food and the wonderful staff. When they left after the delicious food was served the kitchen was spotless, no rubbish at all. The selection of food is superb and very easy to eat which always makes a difference at a party. I cannot recommend Cocina Mexico more highly. Just outstanding! Thank you so much. You really made the party that much more special!
